In the past few weeks, I’ve taken a minor break from writing blogs while my children enjoyed the end of summer, my littlest cut some teeth and my sleep was ever elusive, but I’m ready to begin this journey again.

As promised, I’m going to describe how to use the 5 senses poetry exercise in a way that makes it super fun and easy to explore emotions.

You’re going to take the same basic template of exploring the 5 senses, but you’re going to focus more on feelings.

What you need:

Strips of paper
Pens, pencils, markers
Music
Something to play the music on

The Body Electorate
